These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of zappoevcharging.com, the Zappo EV Charging driver app, and the Zappo Hub station owner app (together, the "Services"), operated by Zappo EV Charging ("Zappo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in India to use the Services.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTP confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@zappoevcharging.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Plug & Charge (ISO 15118 auto-authentication) is supported where your vehicle and our network allow it. Availability and reliability may vary by vehicle model as we continue rolling this out — the app will always let you start a session manually as a fallback.
You agree not to: interfere with or damage charging equipment; attempt to access another user's account or our systems without authorization; use the Services for any unlawful purpose; or resell access to the Services without our written consent.
We work to keep chargers online and the app available, including through proactive maintenance and downtime monitoring, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability — hardware faults, power outages, and network issues can occur. Where we're at fault, our liability is limited as described in Section 9.
Never bypass or ignore safety warnings shown in the app or on the charger. If a charger displays a fault or safety alert, stop use and contact support immediately.
To the extent permitted by law, Zappo's liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of vehicle use or business income, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
We may update these Terms as our Services evolve. We'll update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, State — update once your company is registered].
